Geoff Baldwin is a Managing Director with GCA Savvian specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. He has more than 24 years of investment banking experience, serving as an M&A generalist in New York for 5 years and a technology M&A specialist for the next 20 years, including 19 years in the Silicon Valley and one year in London. Prior to joining GCA Savvian, Geoff was a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley's Menlo Park-based Technology M&A Group and head of Morgan Stanley's European Technology M&A Group. Presently, Geoff serves on the Board of Directors of GCA Savvian, a Tokyo Stock Exchange listed company, and Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment, a London Stock Exchange listed company and member of the FTSE 250 index.  Geoff received his BA from the University of Southern California.
