Hiromichi Maruono is a Vice President of GCA Savvian Corporation. He has been engaged in M&A advisory business for over 10 years. Prior to joining GCA Savvian Group, he was most recently a Senior Vice President of M&A Group of Lehman Brothers. Prior to this, he worked for Nikko Citigroup (Nikko Salomon Smith Barney) and Nikko Securities, where he experienced M&A advisory and venture capital deals, as well as in its New York and Switzerland offices.
His major experiences include providing advice related to LBO, sponsor selection bidding processes, legal liquidation, restructuring and cross-border deals, hostile takeover defenses and proxy fights. Shinsuke Hashimoto is a Vice President of GCA Savvian Corporation. A graduate of Keio University, Shinsuke Hashimoto majored in Policy Management and received a Masters degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in 1998. Keiichiro Harada is a Vice President of GCA Savvian Corporation. A graduate of Keio University, hemajored in Commerce. He joined Chuo Aoyama PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2001 and was seconded to the Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan (IRCJ) from 2004-2005, where he focused on financial due diligence and worked closely with the financial institutions which held the debt of the distressed companies. Prior to this, he worked for the mobile terminals business unit in NEC Corporation from 1998 to 2005, where he was responsible for strategic business planning and venture investments. Yoshio Tsutsushio earned an MSBA from San Francisco State University and received his BA in International Economics from Chuo University. He is a US CPA registered in Illinois.

Fumitoshi Kusabuka is a Vice President of GCA Savvian Corporation. A graduate of Hosei University, he majored in Electronics and Electrical Engineering. He joined Showa Ota & Co. (currently Ernst &Young ShinNihon LLC.) in October 1997. He is a Japanese CPA and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (METI).

He also provided IPO advisory services and financial due diligence. In 2006, he transferred to corporate finance group where he provided M&A advisory and valuation advisory services. Shigeru Harada is a Vice President of GCA Savvian Corporation. He graduated from the Science University of Tokyo, majoring in Technology and received his MBA in Accounting and Finance from Georgia State University in 1999. Before joining GCA Savvian Group, he worked for The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (currently The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ) where he worked in various departments including business development, foreign exchange and treasury. Shigeru Harada joined GCA Savvian Group in May 2007.

His prior working experiences include corporate valuation and support in credit valuation and business plan structuring at Brain Link Corporation. His work has focused upon mergers, divestitures and group restructurings. He has worked on deals in the various industries including food service, logistics, transportation and financials and others. Prior to GCA Savvian, he started his career with Accenture and subsequently worked for PwC Advisory where he was engaged in M&A valuation. A graduate of Doshisha University, Kenichi Ito majored in Economics and obtained an MBA in Financial Strategy from the International Corporate Strategy of Graduate School of Hitotsubashi University. He started his career with a Japanese listed telecommunications equipment trading company and was engaged in corporate planning and venture investment activities. He joined GCA Savvian Group in September 2006.

Kenji Kimura is a Vice President of GCA Savvian Corporation. He joined GCA Savvian Group in January 2008. Prior to joining the team, he worked as a Manager in the business development department at GE Consumer Finance for 3 years, focusing on Merger and Acquisition opportunities for the retail consumer finance industry. Previous to this role, Kenji Kimura spent 2 years as a financial analyst in the industrial and capital service divisions within GE. He has also worked at SMBC as a banker and is a US CPA holder. He received his degree from the Osaka University of Foreign Studies.

Takehito Kobayashi is a Vice President of GCA Savvian Corporation.He joined GCA Savvian in October 2008. Prior to joining GCA, he worked for the tax group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided tax advisory services related to M&A transactions, including corporate reorganizations and cross-border transactions. He is a Japanese tax accountant. Takehito Kobayashi graduated from Keio University with a B.A. in Economics.

Ko Maeda is a Vice President of GCA Savvian Corporation. Prior to joining GCA Savvian Group, Ko Maeda was engaged in the venture capital business at Aozora Investment, a subsidiary of Aozora Bank, which he joined in 2005. At Aozora Investment, his responsibilities included deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation on terms and conditions, execution and post-investment value-creation activities. Ko Maeda earned a Master’s Degree in international affairs from Ritsumeikan University as well as American University.

Akinori Yamamoto is a Vice President of the GCA Savvian Group. He joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (currently Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC.) in 2005 and engaged in statutory audits for financial institutions. He joined GCA in April 2007. He spent nearly three years at Mezzanine Corporation executing mezzanine investments.

Yoshiaki Yoshida is a Vice President of GCA Savvian Corporation. He joined GCA Savvian Group in November 2007. Prior to joining GCA Savvian Group, he worked for Nomura Securities in the areas of M&A Advisory Services and Corporate Finance Solutions. He has worked with companies in many notable transactions in various industries including electric machinery, automotive parts and the amusement sector. He has advised on various types of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures and group restructurings. Yoshiaki Yoshida received his degree from Kwansei Gakuin University, where he majored in economics.

Tomohito Ishihara is a Vice President of GCA Savvian Corporation. Prior to GCA Savvian Group, he had been engaged in consulting at Andersen Consulting Tokyo Office (current Accenture Co.,Ltd.) and Japanese consulting firm, where he served Japanese and Taiwanese clients in multiple industries such as retail, manufacturing, biotech, environmental, and other industries. With nearly 10 years experience, his focus areas include IPO consulting, corporate turnaround, and development of post-investment business value.

Yuji Tanaka is a Vice President of GCA Savvian Corporation. Yuji has more than 10 years of Retirement and Benefits consulting experience. Prior to joining GCA Savvian, Yuji was a Senior Consultant with Aon Hewitt, where he was a member of country leadership team. Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, Yuji worked at Mercer.
