vCardYoshihiro Homma
Yoshihiro Homma received a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Tohoku University and joined the Film Laboratory of Toray Industries Inc. where he was in charge of the polymerization of polyester. In 2004, he was involved in a national project by Japan Chemical Innovation Institute where he was in charge of nanoparticle synthesis and characterization. He joined GCA in July 2005

Kanako Inoue graduated from Keio University, where she majored in Law. She started her career as a corporate paralegal at a major law firm in Japan. She joined GCA in April 2007.
vCardKang Hee Ko
Kang Hee Ko earned his MBA in 2006 from Keio Business School. He also received a BA in Economics from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea. in 2002. Upon graduation from Yonsei, he joined the Kumbi Corporation, a major cosmetic company in Korea and was engaged in planning and management. In 2003, he was transferred to Tokyo office to participate in a project launching a new cosmetic line. He joined GCA in April, 2007.
vCardTakehito Kobayashi
Takehito Kobayashi joined GCA Savvian in October 2008. Prior to joining GCA, he worked for the tax group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided tax advisory services related to M&A transactions, including corporate reorganizations and cross-border transactions. He is a Japanese tax accountant. Takehito Kobayashi graduated from Keio University with a B.A. in Economics.
vCardTomohiko Kubota
A graduate of Keio University, Tomohiko Kubota majored in Economics. He has been involved in executing M&A transactions since 1998. He joined Sony Corporation in 2001 where he worked on new business development and corporate strategy. He joined GCA in October 2005.
vCardShumpei Kumagai
A graduate of Keio University, Shumpei Kumagai majored in Environmental Information. In April 2005, he joined Ernst & Young Shin Nihon and was engaged in financial audit, internal control audit, financial accounting and internal control consultation. In April 2008, he joined GCA Savvian. He is a Japanese CPA.
vCardKo Maeda
Prior to joining GCA, Ko Maeda was engaged in the venture capital business at Aozora Investment, a subsidiary of Aozora Bank, which he joined in 2005. At Aozora Investment, his responsibilities included deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation on terms and conditions, execution and post-investment value-creation activities. Ko Maeda earned a Master’s Degree in international affairs from Ritsumeikan University as well as American University.
vCardEiji Minaminaka
A graduate of Ritsumeikan University, Eiji Minaminaka majored in Economics. In 2004, he joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and was engaged in statutory audit for companies in various industries and Sarbanes-Oxley Act consulting services. He joined GCA in July 2007. He is a Japanese CPA and CMA.
vCardTakashi Oki
Takashi Oki joined GCA in January 2008. Prior to joining GCA, he worked for Link and Motivation Inc., a human resource consulting firm, where he provided consulting services to leading companies in IT/Telecommunications/Media industries. In the past, he provided services related to post-merger integration. Takashi Oki received his degree from Kyoto University, where he majored in economics.
vCardMai Oshima
Mai Oshima obtained her MBA in Finance from the International Corporate Strategy of Graduate School of Hitotsubashi University. Prior to joining GCA, she worked at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd. (currently Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ) in various areas including asset management for high-net-worth individuals, credit risk for derivatives transactions and credit analysis of structured finance transactions. She joined GCA in 2006.
vCardYuri Saito
Yuri Saito joined GCA Savvian in April 2008. Prior to joining GCA Savvian, she worked in the M&A group at Daiwa Securities SMBC. She received her BA in economics from the University of Tokyo.
vCardKiyomi Sugiura
Kiyomi Sugiura joined in GCA Savvian in June 2008. Prior to joining in GCA Savvian, she spent 8 years at Sumitomo Corporation where she worked in the export group, focusing on the export of automobile tires to Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Her role involved managing foreign distributors and investing in foreign joint ventures. Additionally, she has the additional experience of having interned in the M&A/Financial Sponsors Group of a foreign investment bank. She earned her MBA degree from University of Michigan in 2008. Her achievements include an award for an MBA Related Cup Private Equity Case Competition. She received B.A. in Economics from Hitotsubashi University with 3 years meritorious scholarship. She speaks English, Chinese and Japanese.
vCardRyosuke Yoshikawa
Prior to joining GCA, Ryosuke Yoshikawa worked for Daiwa Securities SMBC where he focused on debt syndication. Prior to Daiwa Securities, he worked for NTT Data in the areas of risk management and system development related to securities, derivatives, and foreign exchange. He worked as a RiskWatch Consultant. RiskWatch is advanced analytic software application for credit risk management. Ryosuke Yoshikawa majored in finance at Keio University.
